Chief Executive Officer Response Plus Holding PJSC

Dr Rohil Raghavan is an experienced healthcare leader and an ENT surgeon with over 27 years of experience in the medical field. Since taking over as the CEO of Response Plus Holding in 2023, Dr Rohil has spearheaded the company’s growth across geographies and helped diversify its service offerings in the pre-hospital emergency care. Under his leadership, Response Plus Holding has achieved significant milestones.

Before joining Response Plus Holding, Dr Rohil has held senior leadership positions, including the Regional CEO of Burjeel Holdings in the Sultanate of Oman (2022-2023); Regional CEO of VPS Healthcare in Oman (2018-2022); Medical Director of Burjeel Hospital in Oman (2016-2018); Hospital Director of Lifeline Hospital in Oman (2010-2016); and Director of Atlas Hospitals in Oman (2004-2010).

Dr Rohil has completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Science from Mysore University, Master of Science in ENT from Annamalai University, and Masters in Hospital Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University.
